Main Responsibilities:
1.Prioritize safety and quality, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements in HR operation. Collaborate with the line manager to establish and continuously optimize HR compliance frameworks and related process guidelines.
2.Collect the best market practice and internal feedback on HR policies. Conduct comprehensive statistics, and analysis of related data for management review.
3.Lead and coordinate the implementation of major Human Resources processes, such as talent acquisition, C & B, training, performance management, employee engagement/retention, ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions.
4.Lead the localization deployment and functional adaptation of the Group HR system (or designated platform), aligning it seamlessly with regional workflows to improve system utilization efficiency.
5.Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, covering job posting, JD management, candidate sourcing and interviewing, reference checks, offer letter preparation, online job board management, and the development of new recruitment channels.
6.Prepare data for monthly C&B operation, conduct data analysis, and compile reports on headcount and work hours report etc., providing data-based support for C & B decision-making.
7.Independently manage end-to-end payroll processes with high accuracy and compliance, and handle internal and external audits related to salary and compensation.
8.Assist line manager in formulating annual labor cost budgets. Participate in annual salary surveys and support the annual merit increase process.
9.Assist line manager in formulating training plans and budgets. Conduct internal training need analysis, and manage the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employees’ capabilities.
10.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
11.Assist in building positive employee relationships, resolving employee complaints, and fostering a vibrant work atmosphere.
12.Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to project scopes and objectives.
Job Requirements:
1.5+ years of proven experience in HR compliance, recruitment and C&B related work experience.
2.Deep expertise in HR professional knowledge, labor law, HR policies and regulations.
3.Strong familiarity with AI technology and digital tools applied to HR modules.
4.Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources or related major.
5.CET-6 or above, good command of English, both spoken and written.
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service-oriented attitude.
7.Good command of Microsoft Office, proficient in Power Point and Excel data analysis.
8.Good team player, proactive, creative, and positive self-starter with strong ownership and desire to learn.
