原材料采購
Job Requirement：
1.Handle source to pay for daily operation
1) Ensure daily operation under the procurement policy and process
2) Ensure effective and efficient delievry of core procurement serivce to end users .
3) Coorperation with internal business stakeholders to translate business need into purchasing activities
2.Supplier managment
1) Manage the relationship of existing suppliers and encourage sustainable improvement .
2) Management /Monitor the perforamance for suppliers by management tool (QNS)
3) Conduct supply risk assessment and timely foresee any potential supply risk .
3.Management KPI
1) Proceed PO placement, follow up timely.
2) OTIF analysis, Data analysis / Reporting to line manager
3) Other KPIs that Group defined .
4.Execution Group sourcing strategy
1) Working with category managers and ensure the sourcing / purchasing strategy can be executed .
2) Working with category managers and ensure the sourcing / price strategy can be executed.
5.Purchasing data management
1) Maintain purchasing master data timely
2) Maintain vendor master data timely
3) Ensure SAP data was timely updated.
Skills and experiences required:
1.Bachelor's degree in Chemicals, chemical engineering ,marketing, business administration, supply chain management, or related discipline;
2.Highly motivated; demonstrates a "can-do" approach in being proactive with work assignments
3.Experience working within a global matrixed organization
4.IT expertise in SAP. MS Microsoft
5.Fluency in English,verbally and writing
6.Excellent interpersonal and commuincation skills
