Account Abilities
1. Responsible for Indirect Professional Service categories (Includes legal, people, fees, institutional, service and lease & rental etc) sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management, along with the budget management.
2. Implement category and sourcing strategy based on the latest market insight/trend.
3. Understand supply and demand market, industry practice and cost structures.
4. Cooperate with cross functions to support the projects in an efficient way.
5. Drive budget management efficiency and accuracy.
Technical Competencies & Experience
1. Working with automated procurement and source to pay systems
2. Clear mindset to have view of overall situation, high motivate with ownership.
3. Cross-functional team participation
4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in oral and in writing (Good communication skill in both Chinese and English)
5. Ability to balance multiple priorities
6. Ability to work independently, create and implement processes
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
9. Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, MS Office, Website access & research etc
10. Able to travel
Education
Bachelor+ degree and 2-5 years related working experience in roles related to procurement, compliance, or supply chain in multi-national company.
Experience
1. Strong knowledge of procurement and procurement processes, include supplier management, and/or relevant policy with strong ownership.
2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
3. Experience with budget management will be preferred.
4. Knowledge and experience in FMCG company is a plus
