1st-level IT support to resolve user issues (hardware/software) promptly.
為外部用戶配置Citrix訪問權(quán)限及數(shù)據(jù)管理
Configure
Citrix access and manage data permissions for external users.
向大眾集團(tuán)IT提交硬件/軟件申請并跟蹤審批狀態(tài)
Submit hardware/software
applications to VW IT and track approval status.
協(xié)助Office工具及項(xiàng)目管理（PM）軟件的基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)維
Assist in
basic administration of Office tools and project management (PM) software.

Profile/任職要求

1. 了解IT服務(wù)管理流程。

Understanding of IT service management processes.

1. 2年以上一級IT技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)（必需）

2+ years’ experience in 1st-level IT support (mandatory).

1. 熟練使用Office套件及項(xiàng)目管理工具（如Jira/Trello）

Proficiency in Office suites and PM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

1. 掌握Windows活動目錄(Active Directory)和SharePoint基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)維

Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory and SharePoint
administration.

1. 積極主動、靈活應(yīng)變，能承受工作壓力

Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

1. 優(yōu)秀的英語溝通能力（書面/口頭）

Excellent English communication skills (written/verbal).
