工作內(nèi)容:
1、 根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),制定重點工業(yè)客戶運行方案和商務(wù)目標(biāo)。
Build annual commercial and operation target for key industrial account per company's strategic goal.
2、 支持新客戶業(yè)務(wù)開拓,維持現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,不斷擴大公司的市場份額,實現(xiàn)既定業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
Support development on new business, maintain existing customers' relationships, enlarge market shares continually, realize the assigned business developing target.
3、 作為與重點工業(yè)客戶的主要對接人,主導(dǎo)所負(fù)責(zé)客戶的相關(guān)合同洽談和落地
As key contact interface for responsible key industrial account, lead on commercial terms’ negotiation and implementation
4、 通過反饋客戶的意見建議,改進運行流程,提高運行效率和質(zhì)量,提高客戶滿意度。
According to feedback the clients' suggestions, drive operation excellence for Key account and improve customers' satisfaction.
任職要求:
1、 市場營銷、企業(yè)管理或工程相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷,5年以上物業(yè)管理商務(wù)和運行管理工作經(jīng)驗。
Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing corporate management; more than 5 year working experience in property management sales.
2、 客戶滿意度達90%以上。
Customer satisfaction is above 90%.
3、 運用日常辦公軟件WORD、Excel、PPT、CAD,并體現(xiàn)在工作文案和報告中。。
Familiar with the daily office software WORD, Excel, PPT, CAD, and reflected in the work copy and report.
4、 將英語作為第一工作語言。
Use English as the first working language.
5、 能接受每周3次以上出差工作。
Able to accept frequent business trips more than 3 times a week.
