主要職責(zé):
1. 項(xiàng)目管理:監(jiān)督新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入 (NPI) 項(xiàng)目,并與內(nèi)部和外部各方/利益相關(guān)者合作,確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付成果,并符合要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2. 客戶溝通:了解客戶需求,定期向客戶匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展,在出現(xiàn)問題時(shí)與客戶協(xié)作制定解決方案;協(xié)調(diào)并主持客戶會(huì)議。
3. 跨部門協(xié)調(diào):與內(nèi)部各部門聯(lián)絡(luò),確保理解客戶需求,并促進(jìn)按計(jì)劃及時(shí)完成任務(wù)和確保信息傳遞準(zhǔn)確。
4. 項(xiàng)目文檔與記錄:確保所有項(xiàng)目記錄和文檔得到妥善管理。
5. 系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維:維護(hù)客戶和內(nèi)部跟蹤系統(tǒng),確保數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地錄入,從而更好地監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目。
6. 其他分配的工作。
資格要求:
1. 粵語(yǔ)優(yōu)先
2. 英語(yǔ)(閱讀及寫作)
3. 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件(PPT、Excel)
4. 大專及以上學(xué)歷
5. 商科或項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)
6. 3年及以上客戶溝通或客戶管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: oversee NPI projects and collaborate with different internal & external parties/stakeholders to deliver project outcomes within schedule & align with requirement and standard.
2. Customer Communication: understand customers' requirements and provide regular updates to customers on project status, work collaboratively with customers to devise solutions when issues arise; coordinate and lead customer meeting
3. Cross department coordination: liaise with internal departments to ensure understanding of requirements and facilitate timely completion of tasks and accurate information flow as per the schedule.
4. Project Documentation & Record: Ensure all projects' records and documentation are well managed.
5. System Operation: maintain the customer and internal tracking system to ensure the data input in time and accurately for better project monitoring.
6. Other assigned work.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Cantonese preferred
2. English (Reading & Writing)
3. MS Office Software (PPT, Excel)
4. College's degree or above
5. Major in Business or Project Management
6. 3 years or above working experience in customer communication or account management is preferred.
