Work Responsibility:
1.供應(yīng)鏈管理 Supply chain management
根據(jù)天津廠戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,建立、完善公司供應(yīng)鏈管理體系,建立科學(xué)、有效的供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)控機(jī)制并推動(dòng)落實(shí);According to Tianjin plant strategic planning, establish and improve the company's supply chain management system, establish a scientific and effective supply chain internal control mechanism and promote implementation
協(xié)調(diào)資源的合理分布和調(diào)配。Coordinate the rational distribution and deployment of resources.
2.物流規(guī)劃及流程控制 Logistics planning and process control
健全天津廠計(jì)劃、籌措、倉儲、配送等物流管理規(guī)章制度與工作流程,規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)物流管理方案;Establish Tianjin plant planning, financing, warehousing, distribution and other logistics management rules and regulations and workflow, planning, design logistics management program;
推進(jìn)物流管理體系更新,優(yōu)化物流基礎(chǔ)配備、流程。Promote the renewal of logistics management system, optimize logistics basic equipment, process
3.績效管理 Performance management
完善物流績效管理體系,并監(jiān)督實(shí)施及完善。Improve the logistics performance management system, and supervise the implementation and improvement.
4.成本管理 Cost Management
負(fù)責(zé)對物流預(yù)算和費(fèi)用的定期編制、執(zhí)行分析和動(dòng)態(tài)管理,善于利用行業(yè)信息及新方式減低成本。Responsible for logistics budget and expense regular preparation, implementation analysis and dynamic management, good use of industry information and new ways to reduce costs.
5.行業(yè)發(fā)展研究 Research on industry development
及時(shí)了解國內(nèi)物流配送環(huán)境,第三方物流公司倉儲、運(yùn)輸?shù)认盗泄ぷ髁鞒虅?dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展,本市及各地市場及相關(guān)運(yùn)營情況,獲取國際化物流和采購等理論發(fā)展。Understand the domestic logistics distribution environment, the third party logistics company warehousing, transportation and other workflow dynamic development, the city and the local market and related operations, access to international logistics and procurement theory development.
6.信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃 Information System Planning
根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,推動(dòng)天津工廠信息系統(tǒng)的更新及發(fā)展。 According to the company's strategic plan, promote the update and development of Tianjin factory information system.
7.人員管理 Personnel Management
提出用人需求,參與招聘過程,任免下屬崗位員工;Put forward the demand of employment, participate in the recruitment process, appoint and remove subordinate staff;
指導(dǎo)、管理、監(jiān)督下屬員工的業(yè)務(wù)工作,執(zhí)行員工的績效考核和獎(jiǎng)罰;To Guide, manage and supervise the work of subordinate staff, implement the performance appraisal, rewards and penalties;
監(jiān)督部門員工的定期培訓(xùn)組織及效果;Supervise the organization and effect of regular training for the staff

招聘要求Required qualification
1.學(xué)歷;本科及以上學(xué)歷
Education:Bachelor degree or above
2.專業(yè):供應(yīng)鏈管理、物流或工科相關(guān)專業(yè)
Major:Supply chain management, logistics or engineering
3.語言:良好的英語或者德語口語及書面表達(dá)
Language: Good oral and written English or German
4. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):5年以上的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Work Experience:At least 5 years relevant experience
5.其他:熟悉生產(chǎn)物流管理及物流績效評估體系相關(guān)知識
