崗位職責(zé)：
1.Process quality assurance/制成品質(zhì)保證
a.Resonsible for review all ppap document and transfer the knowledge to QE/IPQC leader;
a.負(fù)責(zé)審查所有PPAP文件及將其轉(zhuǎn)化到質(zhì)量工程師 /檢驗(yàn)組長(zhǎng);
b.Impletement quality tools in process control ,evaluate the outcoming with customer requirements;
b.按照客戶需求評(píng)估過(guò)程控制中的質(zhì)量工具實(shí)施;
2.Quality developing in project /項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量發(fā)展
a.Responsible for following quality timing in project ,document submission ,monitor the corrective action closure
a.負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量,文件提交,監(jiān)控糾正措施的實(shí)施;
b.support the process audit with auditor ,take full responsibility to make the action as per the results;
b.支持審核員進(jìn)行審核，負(fù)責(zé)審核結(jié)果的改進(jìn)；
c.complete the task assigned by manager, monitor the working resluts of QE;
c.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他任務(wù)，關(guān)注團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作結(jié)果；
3.Leading cross function team for problem solving/跨部門間的問(wèn)題解決
a.Resonsible communicate in regular way and lead cross function to team to handle customer's complains;
a.跨部門間溝通與協(xié)調(diào)處理客戶的投訴問(wèn)題；
b.Make root cause analysis,apply preventive and corrective action to shoot quality issue.
b.對(duì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題采取預(yù)防和糾正措施

任職要求：
1.At least 5 years of auto industry
至少5年汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.At least 2 years experience in management team
至少2年帶團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、Good English reading, speaking and writing
英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)熟練
