Job Responsibilities:
1.Receive foreign clients and conduct business negotiations;
2.Assist the Chairman in handling daily affairs and promote the establishment of the company’s overseas headquarters;
3.Support the implementation of work objectives and plans for the company’s trade operations;
4.Be responsible for following up on customer inquiries: registration, response and follow-up of inquiries, and timely handling and replying to customers’ order requirements and questions;
5.Accumulate and develop customer resources, and conduct in-depth development and follow-up of existing foreign-funded customer resources.
Job Requirements:
1.Major in International Trade, Foreign Trade English or related fields; hold TEM-8 (Test for English Majors Band 8) or IELTS 7.0 certification; work experience in mold/mechanical processing industry or connector products is preferred;
2.Familiar with foreign trade processes or overseas cultures (Europe and America), and willing to visit overseas customers as arranged by the company;
3.Ability to proficiently master product knowledge of international business sales after training and provide reasonable solutions according to customer requirements;
4.Proficient in using computer office software and various foreign trade development tools;
5.Possess good work habits, strong execution, organization skills, communication skills and sense of responsibility; be meticulous, proactive in following up and promoting work, and have excellent problem-solving and control abilities; able to work independently and take full responsibility;
6.Have a good team spirit, high professional ethics, strong sense of identity and loyalty to the enterprise.
Note:
This position is Secretary to the Chairman (an American overseas Chinese) and a core role of the company, offering opportunities to gain international perspective and business learning experience.
Job Benefits:
1.Basic Salary: Pre-tax 9,000-13,000 RMB/month for bachelor’s degree; pre-tax 11,000-15,000 RMB/month for master’s degree. Commission, year-end bonus and dividends are calculated separately, with an annual comprehensive income of over 200,000 RMB;
