quality and manufacturing system surveys and special process surveys;
4. 維護(hù)和改進(jìn)供應(yīng)商績(jī)效評(píng)分并推動(dòng)供應(yīng)商改善。根據(jù)需要與供應(yīng)商召開月會(huì);
Maintain and improve suppliers scorecard database and drive supplier for
improvement. Arrange monthly meeting with supplier as required;
5. 評(píng)審供應(yīng)商PPAP文件,確保滿足要求;
Review supplier PPAP to meet the requirements;
6. 供應(yīng)商扣款質(zhì)量責(zé)任的確認(rèn)和工作流審批;
Confirm the quality responsibility in supplier chargeback and workflow approval;
7. 制定進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)支持IQA檢驗(yàn)活動(dòng), 處理并推動(dòng)內(nèi)部質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
Make material inspection criteria to support IQA inspection activities，dispose and push internal quality improvement.
8. 協(xié)助配合采購(gòu)部門對(duì)新物料及新廠商的開發(fā)

任職要求：
1. 機(jī)械/材料科學(xué)/制造/電子/電氣/工業(yè)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè); 學(xué)士學(xué)位者優(yōu)先;
Degree in Mechanical /Material Science/ Manufacturing/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline; Bachelor degree is preferred;
2. 至少5年及以上供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者，有2年以上車載行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者佳；熟悉FPC/CCS原材料(如PSA、鋼片、電子材料、機(jī)構(gòu)件、鎳片、塑膠、鋁鈀等)相關(guān)知識(shí)和應(yīng)用；
Min 5 years of Supply Chain Quality Management experience, Min 2 years of automotive industry experience prefer; Familiar with FPC raw materials (such as PSA, steel sheet, electronic materials, mechanism parts,Ni SUS,plastic,Al etc.) knowledge and application.
3. 有流利的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力;
Have the ability to speak and write English fluently;
4.熟悉質(zhì)量工具、管理體系(ISO9001 / IATF16949/QC080000)和5大手冊(cè)如PPAP / SPC / FMEA / MSA / APQP;
Familiar with quality tools, management system (ISO9000/IATF16949/QC080000),and 5 tools such
as PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA /APQP methodology;
5.有良好的溝通能力,包括與供應(yīng)商和內(nèi)部部門。良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)工作能力;
