工作職責 1. 當?shù)厥袌鲂枨筮M行分析、銷售預測,制定銷售計劃并負責相關(guān)實施工作; Local market Analysis、Sales Forecast、generate sales plan and execution related works. 2. 負責DEGSON當?shù)厥袌鲣N售渠道、海外大客戶、經(jīng)銷商的開發(fā)與維護工作; Responsible for DEGSON Sales Channels Development、Key Accounts、Distributors Appointment and Maintenance。 3. 定期拜訪新老客戶,進行商務談判、銷售目標達成,并提高客戶滿意度和市場份額。 Visiting clients regularly and Business negotiation 、 Sales target reaching and increasing clients satisfaction and market shares increasing。 4. 負責收集印度市場信息,提出營銷策略及發(fā)展建議,協(xié)助組織并參加相關(guān)展會等產(chǎn)品推廣工作; Responsible for market information collection instantly and report , propose the marketing strategy and suggestion of company development, and assist and organize the relevant exhibitions and products promotion)。 5. 基于客戶及市場反饋,及時對產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)提供指導性、改進性建議以提高市場競爭力。 Based on feedback of clients and market, propose the advice for product R & D to increase the market competition. 任職資格 1、 具備電子、電氣學歷背景或者相關(guān)學歷資格。 Degree in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualification. 2、 最少3-8年的OEM/EMS/合同制造商/工業(yè)連接器/汽車零部件、充電樁、槍、設備類分銷渠道等工作經(jīng)驗。 Minimum 5-8 years experience in the Electronics industry relating to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) & Contract Manufacturers and Official Channels or Distribution of Industrial Connectors. 3、 優(yōu)先考慮當?shù)毓I(yè)連接市場、產(chǎn)品有比較好的了解。 Priority in good understanding and insight of Local Industrial connectivity market and products. 4、 精通英語、或者當?shù)匦≌Z種語言。 Fluently in English / Local language. 5、 溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力、抗壓能力、工作積極、忠誠。 Good Communication/coordination/pressure resistance/hard working/Loyal.
