職位描述

PMC管理生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理
崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)銷售訂單的統(tǒng)籌，并根據(jù)公司的人力、機(jī)器設(shè)備、治具、物料狀況與生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能回復(fù)業(yè)務(wù)交期；
2.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)能，客戶交期、客戶、工藝、瓶頸工序制定其生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃；
3.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃了解物料進(jìn)度狀況，把握生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，解決生產(chǎn)異常；
4.組織召開(kāi)生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)會(huì)議，保證生產(chǎn)滿足客戶需求；
5.把握倉(cāng)庫(kù)成品、半成品庫(kù)存數(shù)量，防止呆滯品的發(fā)生；
6.對(duì)呆滯庫(kù)存進(jìn)行分析及處理；
7.對(duì)生產(chǎn)急需或出現(xiàn)異常的物料，協(xié)調(diào)采購(gòu)、品質(zhì)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)等相關(guān)部門及時(shí)解決，對(duì)影響生產(chǎn)的物料及時(shí)通知上司尋求共同解決；
8.完成上級(jí)交代的例外工作。
任職資格：
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上電子行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2.練使用WORD EXCEL等各種辦公軟件及ERP系統(tǒng)操作；
3.熟悉生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和物料計(jì)劃管理相關(guān)知識(shí)；
4.責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，工作積極主動(dòng)，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實(shí)，有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
