1.監(jiān)督和管理設(shè)備的日常工作，以達(dá)到生產(chǎn)要求
Supervise and manage the routine activities for the equipment, to comply with the requirement in the production.
2.提出設(shè)備技術(shù)改造的措施與計(jì)劃及實(shí)施方案，搞好設(shè)備選型及新技術(shù)、新材料的試驗(yàn)與應(yīng)用工作。
Given the measure , plan and implementation for the equipment modification, perform the equipment selection, and experiments for the new technical, new materials and application working.
3.貫徹執(zhí)行安全、環(huán)保、設(shè)備管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Follow the safety, environmental protection, equipment management standard.
4.組織收集整理設(shè)備管理各種技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)資料
Organize and collect all kinds of technical data equipment relevant
5.對(duì)進(jìn)入公司的外協(xié)或施工單位進(jìn)行資質(zhì)能力的審核。
Review the qualification ability for the outsource construction company.
6.對(duì)進(jìn)入工廠內(nèi)進(jìn)行施工的單位進(jìn)行各部門的協(xié)調(diào)、安裝。 Cooperate with relevant departments to work with outsource company.
7 .負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)維修公司、維修單位及人員在車間維修、檢修、搶修工作 Responsible for cooperate the maintenance company, and relevant people to perform the maintenance, repair working.
8.負(fù)責(zé)備品、配件的計(jì)劃提出。
Propose the purchasing plan for the spare part.
9.特種設(shè)備的安裝告知、登記、注冊(cè)、使用、檢驗(yàn)工作. Installation notification, registration, usage, test working for the special equipments.
10.對(duì)新購設(shè)備的選型、技術(shù)參數(shù)提出可行的建議。
Give the reasonable recommendation for the new equipment model, technical parameters.
11.提出設(shè)備有建筑物的小、中、大修計(jì)劃。.
Propose the small, middle, big maintenance plan for the facility
12.公司安排的其他任務(wù)。
