Responsibilities
- Lead and train the team to work out for each project.
- Day to day management of projects. Day to day communication with both external and internal to ensure project coordination and preparation.
- Control of the budget spent in business activities.
- Negotiation with procurement and purchasing client’s department.
- Accountability on the high quality of the deliverable.
- Accountability on the revenues, to be defined in accordance with management team.
- Experience in Auto/Luxury/Cosmeticevents.
- Good team leader and analytical thinker.
- 5+ years in event based professionals.
- Efficiency, passion and responsibility.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strategy planning or digital/ social backgrounds would be a plus.
- Retail or oversea backgrounds would be a plus.
