2. Sales target achievement: formulate sales plans based on the company's sales targets to promote sales performance growth.
3. Market research: conduct market research and analysis, understand industry trends and competitors, and provide data support for sales strategies.
4. Product promotion: introduce the advantages of the company's products or services to customers, answer customer inquiries, and promote sales.
5. Contract negotiation and signing: responsible for the negotiation, signing and subsequent follow-up of sales contracts to ensure the smooth completion of transactions.
6. After-sales service: track customer orders, handle customer feedback and complaints, provide after-sales service support, and maintain customer relationships.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business administration and other related field preferred.
2. Proactive, responsible, team spirit and stress resistance.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills, strong market insight and business development capabilities.
4. Good command of English.
5. Familiar with the fertilizer market or with relevant channel resources is preferred.
6. Frequently overseas travel may required.
