生產(chǎn)物料管理PMC管理
崗位職責:
一、戰(zhàn)略分解
1、根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定與分解，制定江西PMC部門的戰(zhàn)略與年度經(jīng)營計劃；
2、建立適應多品種、小批量生產(chǎn)的柔性PMC管理體系。
一、strategic decomposition
1.According to the formulation and decomposition of the company
s strategic plan, formulated the strategy and annual business plan of Jiangxi PMC department;
2.Establish a flexible PMC management system suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production.
二、計劃管理
1、統(tǒng)籌主生產(chǎn)計劃（MPS）和物料需求計劃（MRP），確保訂單準時交付（OTD ≥ 100%）。
2、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃，平衡多品種訂單的優(yōu)先級，減少換產(chǎn)時間；
3、建立動態(tài)排產(chǎn)機制，快速響應插單、撤單、設計變更（ECN）等異常情況。
二、Plan management
1.Coordinate master production plan (MPS) and Material requirement plan (MRP) to ensure on-time delivery of orders (OTD ≥ 100%).
2.Optimize capacity planning, balance the priority of multi-variety orders, and reduce production change time;
3.Establish a dynamic production scheduling mechanism, quick response to insert, withdraw, design change (ECN) and other abnormal situations.
三、物料控制
1、負責公司整體庫存的分析、風險預警、問題識別，并組織優(yōu)化，推動庫存結構優(yōu)化，提高庫存周轉；
2、負責制定、指導實施公司物料、產(chǎn)品的進出規(guī)則，并牽頭IT實施，推動物料、產(chǎn)品的快速流轉；
3、負責呆滯物料的專項管理，推動呆滯物料的消耗；
三、Material control
1.responsible for the company
s overall inventory analysis, risk early warning, problem identification, and organize optimization, promote inventory structure optimization, improve inventory turnover;
2.Responsible for formulating and guiding the implementation of the import and export rules of the company
s materials and products, and taking the lead in IT implementation to promote the rapid flow of materials and products;
3.responsible for the special management of sluggish materials, promote the consumption of sluggish materials;
四、跨部門協(xié)同
1、主導產(chǎn)銷運營會議，協(xié)調銷售、生產(chǎn)、采購、物流等部門，確保產(chǎn)銷平衡；
2、協(xié)同HR培訓“多能工+柔性班組”，實現(xiàn)人力資源動態(tài)調配，應對訂單波動；
四、Cross-departmental collaboration
1.leading production and marketing operation meetings, coordinating sales, production, procurement, logistics and other departments to ensure the balance of production and marketing;
2.Cooperated with HR to train "multi-functional workers + flexible team" to realize dynamic deployment of human resources and cope with order fluctuations;
五、團隊管理
1、組建高效PMC團隊，培養(yǎng)計劃、物控等核心崗位人才。
2、建立標準化SOP（如訂單評審流程、緊急插單規(guī)則、庫存管理規(guī)范）。

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限；
1.Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2、8年及以上大型電子、半導體等制造業(yè)，5年以上總監(jiān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
2.8 years and above large electronics, semiconductor and other manufacturing industry, more than 5 years of director work experience;
3、具有較強的溝通協(xié)調及統(tǒng)籌能力，系統(tǒng)思考和規(guī)劃、數(shù)據(jù)分析、問題診斷能力、客戶服務意識能力：

4、擅長多品種小批量行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計劃和物控管理經(jīng)驗；
