- 負(fù)責(zé)制定并主導(dǎo)整機(jī)類新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入計(jì)劃，確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃順利推進(jìn)。
- 與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)高效合作，共同完成新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率。
【任職要求】
- 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)或模具設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷，能接受外派出差。
- 具備5年及以上園林工具、家電類整機(jī)組裝或總成組裝開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉注塑行業(yè)。
- 英文聽說讀寫流利，能夠作為工作語言進(jìn)行有效溝通。
- 熟悉項(xiàng)目開發(fā)流程，并嚴(yán)格按照部門要求規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
- 能夠獨(dú)立應(yīng)對(duì)客戶溝通，解決產(chǎn)品問題并提出改進(jìn)措施。
- 具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力和責(zé)任心，主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)。

Be responsible for formulating and leading the introduction plan of new complete machine products to ensure the smooth progress of the project as planned.
Work efficiently with the internal team to jointly complete the new product introduction process, ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
【 Job Requirements 】
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or mold design, and able to accept business trips.
Have 5 years or more of experience in the development of complete machine assembly or assembly of garden tools and household appliances, and be familiar with the injection molding industry.
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of effective communication as a working language.
Be familiar with the project development process and strictly follow the requirements and regulations of the department.
Be capable of independently handling customer communication, solving product issues and proposing improvement measures.
Possessing excellent teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility, with a high level of initiative.
