崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工全面管理，包括工程工期、質(zhì)量、安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)等；
2.負(fù)責(zé)編制項(xiàng)目工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及施工方案，確保安全措施滲透到施工設(shè)計(jì)和施工方案的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中去；
3.負(fù)責(zé)督促安全技術(shù)方面的宣傳、教育、培訓(xùn)工作，參加安全檢查，對(duì)查出的隱患要從技術(shù)措施方面提出改進(jìn)方法。督促、檢查各職能管理人員的執(zhí)行情況；
4.負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各施工單位、施工團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)調(diào)，及時(shí)解決項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題；
5負(fù)責(zé)記錄現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各工種、工序施工日志。工程中間驗(yàn)收和竣工驗(yàn)收等工作。
任職要求：
1.工程、建筑、土木工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷，能用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行日常工作交流和溝通；
2.具備5年以上石油化工或者油田行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉工程項(xiàng)目策劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工、驗(yàn)收等環(huán)節(jié)，具備較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目管理能力，有海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先；
3.具有較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、決策能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力；
4.具有良好的身體素質(zhì)和一定抗壓能力，能適應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期海外工作。
