Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in physics, Optics, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field. Foundational knowledge of optics alignment, electronics, and precision mechanics.
2.1-3 years relevant work experience in laser production, service, process or related technical fields. Basic familiarity with femtosecond or ultrafast laser technology.
3.Good proficiency in English for reading and writing technical documentation. Speaking can be improved during daily work.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5.Meticulous adherence to process and safety guidelines.
6.Continuous willingness to learn and good communication ability, effectively collaborate within a team.
7.Flexibility for occasional travel, including internationally.
Training path:
1.Initial structured training in laser operation, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
2.Solve simpler technical issues independently, with assistance for more complex problems.
3.Work closely with senior team members and Service Manager for guidance and learning.
4.Receive advanced training at the service center and factory headquarters.
5.Independently handle most troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
6.Assume increased responsibility and autonomy, including more frequent customer interactions and potentially remote support.
Salary and benefits:
1.Average salary(month): 9-16K, it depends on candidate abilities and previous experience.
