Responsibilities and Duties:
? Window person to receive and distribute RFPs / RFQs / Pricing Exercises
? Analyze key requirements for the Bid and communicate the same with involved stakeholders
? Supporting our Sourcing Team to obtain costs from various partners and suppliers in China and abroad
? Create and use calculation models to finalize pricing for external as well as inter-company sales of products
and services
? By doing so, have a constant control of margins and profits for the China operation, considering our partners
in regional / local markets in the International Markets
? Keep regular contact and build up a relationship with existing and new suppliers
? Responsible for excellent Bid documentation
? Provide support on other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in related industry and minimum 1 year working experience in the field of trading,
manufacturing or controlling
? Knowledge of furniture, retail fit-out and/or signage industry is a strong plus
? Excellent office skills, especially in MS Excel and comprehensive calculation tables
? Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English and Chinese
? Enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn new skills and work as part of an international team
? Ability to stay positive, especially during busy/stressful periods
