【職位描述】 ·Suggests food and beverages to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments. ·Cleans and polishes Glassware,Chinaware, hollowware and flatware. ·Keep the work site and items in the site complete, clean and tidy. ·Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual. ·Maintains excellent grooming standard at all times. ·Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees. ·熟知菜單、食品配方及其它方面的知識(shí),以便向客人推薦各種食品及飲品。 ·清潔并擦亮所有器皿。 ·保持工作場地與場地內(nèi)物品的齊全、干凈、整潔。 ·根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的手冊(cè)來完成服務(wù)工作。 ·始終保持良好的儀容儀表。 ·建立良好的人事關(guān)系,在工作中樹立良好的工作形象,給客人以專業(yè)化及熱情的服務(wù)。 【任職要求】 ·Have a good professional image and temperament, and understand the basic etiquette; ·Fluent Mandarin, strong language expression ability, good at communication, affinity and strong sense of confidentiality; ·Good teamwork ability, high sense of responsibility, proactive. ·有良好的職業(yè)形象和氣質(zhì),懂得基本的接待禮儀; ·普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流利,語言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),善于溝通,有親和力,較強(qiáng)的保密意識(shí); ·良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力,具有高度的責(zé)任心,工作積極主動(dòng)。
