1. Work effectively as a dedicated team member in a joint development team including overseas engineers to develop new products for China and European or US markets.

2. Work with design and product manager team, develop innovative ideas and concepts for CMM&VMM machine

3. Defining and implementing experimental setups for components and assemblies, design demonstrator and experiments involving a variety of functions and interfaces.
定義和實(shí)現(xiàn)元件與組件的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)置、定義演示器和具有各種功能和接口的實(shí)驗(yàn)；
4. Define design verification plan and conduct testing and validation of CMM&VMM machine according to system requirement.
根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的要求定義測試計(jì)劃，測試和驗(yàn)證三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)或影像儀機(jī)器；
5. Analyze, evaluate test results, if necessary, provide suggestions and opinions for alternative implementation solutions and functional test criteria
對測試結(jié)果的分析、評估，如必要對替代實(shí)施方案或功能測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供的建議和意見；
6. Write test report, and technical documentation for systems and components handover to production
驗(yàn)證測試數(shù)據(jù),編寫測試報告和技術(shù)文件， 為系統(tǒng)和組件順利移交生產(chǎn)奠定基礎(chǔ)；
7. Support purchasing, production and service.
對采購、生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)部門的技術(shù)支持；

Education/教育背景
A Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
機(jī)械或相關(guān)行業(yè)碩士及以上。
Experience/經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Minimum of 3 years related working experience in lab testing or metrology qualification.
3年以上實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試或計(jì)量認(rèn)證相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
? Experience in using different kinds of lab equipment, such as lasering systems, step gauge.
有使用實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試設(shè)備的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，例如激光系統(tǒng)、步距規(guī)；
? Proven experience in developing test procedures.
有編制測試流程經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
? Programming experience, preferably in MATLAB
具備編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，優(yōu)先考慮MATLAB方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Experience in trouble shooting during production or prototype assembly.
有生產(chǎn)線或原型機(jī)組裝的故障排除經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
? Experience in assembling a device or machine.
有安裝設(shè)備或機(jī)器的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
