1.
1、C&B Module Support
1)
Provide payroll related data to
payroll contact.
2)
As 1st tier contact
to answer questions & resolve issues with payroll & benefits.
3)
Merit Increase and Off cycle Promotion/salary
adjustment data support.
4)
ICP calculation and data
verification.
5)
Personnel Letter preparation
and update based on business need.
6)
Support annual welfare projects
including commercial insurance, WAP, health check, etc.
7)
Filing C&B documents to
deal with internal & external audit.
8)
Other C&B related work assigned
by manager.
2.
HR Ops Module Support:
1)
Responsible for employee
onboarding and offboarding processes, by interacting with external vendors, internal
departments and employees.
2)
Follow up internal HR practices
to support including labor contract renewal, non-competition agreement, OT, etc.
3)
Coordinate foreign employees’ visa application, work permit
application and other expatriates related routine work
4)
Handle domestic employee
residence permits, household registration, retirement, work-related injury and
other matters
5)
Other local legislated HR related
tasks support, including Flexible working hours.
6)
Monthly check employee data accuracy
and provide HR report (master list, TBH, HC, contact list, etc.) & KPI
bowler based on Finance, Admin, HRBP’s requirement.
7)
Org chart update based on
people movement
8)
Coordination and logistics
support for HR trainings including Orientation and other HR organized
trainings.
9)
Employee P-File management to
deal with internal & external audit.
10) Leave Management and reminder.
11) HRIS systems maintenance and as a HR Helpdesk for HR systems,
including Workday, CDP, ADP, etc.
12) Other HR operation related work assigned by manager.
Experience
Required:
1.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource
management or related profession.
2.
2 years+ HR operation working experience in
MNC or outsourcing company.
3.
Strong HR system experience.
4.
Excellent command of MS Office.
5.
Familiar with human resource policies and
labor laws.
6.
Fluent in both oral and written English.
7.
Attentive to details and with a strong
sense of responsibility.
8.
Team player and work under pressure.
9.
Good interpersonal skills and highly ethics
with confidentiality.
