Job Description 崗位職責(zé)
1. Based on the input of production plan, combined with inventory and supplier delivery performance, reasonably arrange the arrival of materials; 基于生產(chǎn)計劃的輸入，結(jié)合庫存，供應(yīng)商交付表現(xiàn)，合理安排物料到貨；
2. Track material arrival performance, identify and manage deviation; 追蹤物料到貨表現(xiàn)，識別并管理偏差；
3. Control the performance of key logistics indicators such as raw material inventory; 控制原材料庫存等物流關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)表現(xiàn)；
4. Participate in or cooperate with relevant departments to carry out improvement activities combined with digital value stream; 參與或配合各相關(guān)部門，結(jié)合數(shù)字化價值流進行改善活動；
5. Receive overseas orders, create delivery plans based on production and material conditions; 接收海外訂單，結(jié)合生產(chǎn)以及物料情況，制定并實施交付計劃；
6. Completed customs declaration and other related customs affairs to ensure that the relevant customs operations comply with the requirements of laws and regulations; 完成報關(guān)等相關(guān)關(guān)務(wù)內(nèi)容，確保相關(guān)關(guān)務(wù)操作符合法律法規(guī)要求； 7. Make necessary adjustment of delivery plan according to the fluctuation of customers' orders and the actual situation of production line, and timely communicate with customers; 根據(jù)客戶訂單的波動情況以及生產(chǎn)線的實際狀況進行必要的交付計劃調(diào)整，并及時與客戶溝通；
8. Statistical analysis and improvement of overseas customers' monthly delivery performance; 海外客戶月度交付達成績效的統(tǒng)計分析及改進；
9. Familiar with P2P overseas factory business process; 熟悉了解包括 P2P 海外工廠在內(nèi)的業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)流程；
10. Comply with EHS, 5S and other requirements and regulation; 遵守公司 EHS，5S及其他相關(guān)要求和規(guī)定；
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superior; 完成上級主管交付的其他任務(wù)；
Qualifications 任職資格
1. Bachelor degree or above (major in logistics/supply chain management is preferred) 本科及以上學(xué)歷（物流/供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先）
2. At least 2 years production or logistics related working experience; (Foreign trade declaration experience is preferred) 2 年及以上生產(chǎn)或物流相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；(有外貿(mào)報關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先)
3. Master SAP and MS Office (EXCEL application required) 掌握 SAP、MS Office（EXCEL要求熟練應(yīng)用）
4. Basic in English communicating and writing 基本的英語交流和書寫能力
