2 Develop detailed project plans with the project team base on NPD process and project assignment; Monitor project progress and status versus project plans and scope (cost, quality, time). 與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)一起，根據(jù)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)（NPD）流程和項(xiàng)目任務(wù)，制定詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃；監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和狀態(tài)，并與項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和范圍（成本、質(zhì)量、時(shí)間）進(jìn)行對比。 Accountable
3 Apply risk management to assure the project will be delivered within assignment by using risk avoidance and response plans;Remove project bottleneck by exploring opportunities with team and decide on it. 通過運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避和應(yīng)對計(jì)劃，實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理以確保項(xiàng)目能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)交付；與團(tuán)隊(duì)共同探索機(jī)會(huì)并做出決定，從而消除項(xiàng)目瓶頸。 Accountable
4 Escalate issues that are outside control of project team timely.

5. Good understanding on technical knowledge of hardware (plastic, aluminum) and fabric production
