Contracting Analyst
This individual will provide contracting support to the Sourcing team, ensuring correct contract information intake, drafting and review and negotiations. He/she will be coordinating with the Sourcing and Law Departments to ensure all contents of the contract are accurate, complete and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
In this roe the key responsibilities are:
? Support Global Services (GS) / Business Unit (BU) Sourcing with any agreement requests
? Align with BU/GS Sourcing on what type of agreement should be used for the request
? Understand & input commercial terms into the specific agreement templates
? Facilitate meetings needed to finalize the agreement
? Work with the Legal Department in drafting and reviewing the agreements, including facilitating communications and negotiations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
? Be the main contact person for the business where Procurement is determined to be the sponsor of the agreement
? Manage contract approvals using applicable e-tools such as fish flow, e-process and Request Navigator
? Manage overall process in contract storage, including use of ICD and sending of signed contract copies to suppliers.
? Ensure proper use and maintenance of ICD as central repository of all procurement contracts
? Route manual contract forms to authorized approvers for signature and chopping
? Coordinate with BU Sourcing in filling up the Contract Request Form to facilitate approvals, where needed.
? Route copies of the final contract to suppliers for signature and chopping
