As a Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure within our global IT PMO team, you will be responsible for leading IT infrastructure programs for office projects: new build, expansion, retrofit, relocation and
de-commissioning.

What you'll be doing:
1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of site IT infrastructure ennoblement programs.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project objectives.
3. Coordinate project resources, lead risks, and resolve issues.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
5. Champion effective communication and lead collaborator expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Effectively coordinate and lead technical discussions related to infrastructure architecture, solution approach and resource planning.
7. Lead global cross-functional program teams, including design, operation and partner teams to resolve technical or deployment blockers, to keep the programs on-track.
8. Work with collaborators to create metrics based criteria to drive program success.
9. Identify learning opportunities for continuous improvements.
10. Regularly communicate program status and key issues to collaborators and executive management.
11. Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse cross-functional teams.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Experience leading global projects.
14. Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.
15. Mandarin Chinese language skill required.
