Job Responsibilities: - Upon receiving customer orders, working with factory internal supporting departments to check &verify customer screening, PO price, technical specs, lead time., etc. And send back Order Acknowledgement to customers; - 收到客戶訂單后,組織協(xié)調(diào)工廠各支持部門進行訂單評審,包括客戶信息鑒別、訂單價格、技術要求、交貨期等,并及時回復訂單確認給客戶; - Login customer orders into SAP system and daily monitor production progress to ensure on time delivery; - 將客戶訂單錄入SAP系統(tǒng),并隨時跟蹤訂單進展,確保訂單按時交付; - Communication & alignment & coordination in case backlog orders request changes by customer or factory (including but not limited to production re-scheduling, technical &quality &testing issues., etc.) for customer satisfaction; - 跟進和協(xié)調(diào)處理訂單執(zhí)行過程中的異況,包括但不限于生產(chǎn)計劃變更,技術&質量&測試問題等,及時跟客戶溝通并就異況的處理達成一致,確??蛻魸M意; - Coordination with customer &factory logistic team on finished products shipping arrangements, preparing documentation such as proforma invoice, P/L, B/L; Submitting documentation to finance accounting team in SAP system; - 協(xié)調(diào)客戶及工廠物流部門互相配合完成成品發(fā)運以實現(xiàn)銷售。準備相關的發(fā)運資料,并在SAP系統(tǒng)中完成財務過賬等操作; - Providing monthly sales forecast and Internal purchase plan to factory production team based on backlog orders; On-time update Export order tracking file; - 根據(jù)在手訂單情況每月更新銷售與采購預測給工廠,及時更新訂單跟蹤表上的信息。 - Other jobs that may associated to customer satisfaction; - 其他可能會與出口客戶滿意度相關的臨時性工作任務。 Job Requirements: ü Minimum 3 years’ experience, international trading knowledge required. Candidates from international freight forwarders preferred ü3年以上類似工作經(jīng)驗,或具備國際貿(mào)易相關知識,有國際貨運代理行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; ü Customer oriented, strong communication skill and capable of working under pressure; ü 以客戶為中心,具備較強的溝通技巧并能適應有壓力的工作環(huán)境; ü Proficient in English (oral and written); ü 英語聽說讀寫流利; ü Bachelordegree or above; ü 本科以上學歷;
