Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and implementing material purchase plan based on PSI forecast.

Change and optimize purchase plan proactively in react to forecast changes, status of material availability/risk, customer requirements (expediting/reschedule)

Maintaining and optimize continuously the appropriate planning parameters in materials replenishment systems (Kanban) to sustain and improve raw material pull effective and efficiently.

Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with procedures and manage supplier delivery commitment ensuring on time delivery to support production materials requirement.

Coordinate with cross-functional team to fix materials stock-out problems to resume production and develop long-term counter measures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases transactions and communications with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues on daily basis, including invoice discrepancies or delivery delays.
