We are hiring an individual who has experience in enabling, fostering, and mentoring continuous improvement cross-functionally within BEC LS Suzhou. This role will ensure allocate the capacity and materials to proper mix of products with logical build rate and FG stock level to meet the customers (internal & external) demand at the takt aligned by global planning team trough PSI, DMP or MIN/MAX and seek rtunities for continuous improvements using DBS for improving internal customer OTD and FG stock level optimization.

Role & Responsibilities:
§ Based on PSI forecast, develop and maintain Heijunka production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels of finished goods.
根據(jù)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)預(yù)測(cè)，制定和維護(hù)均準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，以滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)需求并優(yōu)化產(chǎn)成品的庫(kù)存水平。
§ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, buyer, engineers, logistics etc. and DC sales operation team, to ensure alignment of production schedules with customer requirements and fix the problem whenever there is abnormal.
與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)，包括生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、采購(gòu)、工程師、物流等和DC銷(xiāo)售運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)，以確保生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與客戶(hù)要求保持一致，并在出現(xiàn)異常時(shí)解決問(wèn)題。
§ Monitor and analyze data and trend related to forecast accuracy, production capacity, and inventory levels to identify potential risks or rtunities and utilize DBS to solve problem systematically.

§ Daily Order Management, including order confirmation, shipment schedule alignment with DC,conduct regular reviews of FG inventory levels / MIN/MAX, identifying slow-moving or obsolete items and implementing appropriate actions to mitigate risks of both excess and OTD.
日常訂單管理，包括訂單確認(rèn)、與DC就出貨計(jì)劃達(dá)成一致、對(duì)FG庫(kù)存水平/MIN/MAX進(jìn)行定期審查、識(shí)別有潛在E&O 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品，并采取適當(dāng)措施來(lái)降低呆滯成品和按時(shí)交付風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
