Job Responsibility 崗位職責(zé):
We are hiring an individual who has experience in enabling, fostering, and mentoring continuous improvement cross-functionally within BEC LS Suzhou. This role will ensure allocate the capacity and materials to proper mix of products with logical build rate and FG stock level to meet the customers (internal & external) demand at the takt aligned by global planning team trough PSI, DMP or MIN/MAX and seek rtunities for continuous improvements using DBS for improving internal customer OTD and FG stock level optimization.

Role & Responsibilities:
§ Based on PSI forecast, develop and maintain Heijunka production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels of finished goods.
根據(jù)產(chǎn)銷預(yù)測，制定和維護(hù)均準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，以滿足客戶需求并優(yōu)化產(chǎn)成品的庫存水平。
§ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, buyer, engineers, logistics etc. and DC sales operation team, to ensure alignment of production schedules with customer requirements and fix the problem whenever there is abnormal.

日常訂單管理，包括訂單確認(rèn)、與DC就出貨計(jì)劃達(dá)成一致、對FG庫存水平/MIN/MAX進(jìn)行定期審查、識別有潛在E&O 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品，并采取適當(dāng)措施來降低呆滯成品和按時(shí)交付風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
