Job Description Summary
The Lead Program
Integrator (LPI) is responsible for driving cross functional teams to deliver
on all program(s) deliverables for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and release
iterations for Healthcare Digital products adhering to Quality Management System
(QMS) standards. This role interfaces with various levels of leadership
and programs teams to define specific plans, track tasks and issues to closure
and raise risk awareness. This role reports to Engineer leader.

Job Description
Responsibilities
· Support the GE Healthcare Ultrasound product localization, local
innovation, and China
Industry, Academic, Hospital (IAH) activities.
· Collaborate with business, technical, and functional partners to
build project delivery roadmaps.
· Manage day to day execution of projects working directly with
global cross functional teams to drive outcomes
· Track and report on project deliverables
· Follow defined execution methodologies and project management
practices
· Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching
stakeholder expectations and QMS standards
· Track project outcome realization and customer satisfaction
levels through established metrics against service levels
· Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and
interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams across the
organization and externally to ensure their tasks are completed as required.
· Ensure lessons learned are collected and incorporated into
future projects
· Collaborate with LSD (Lead system designer), other LPIs and team members to identify
and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
· Master/bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years’ experience
· Experience managing complex, integrated software solutions
· Experience working with global teams
· Proven track record using various project and program management
methodologies to deliver business value across the organization
Desired Skills
· Change agent. Ability to identify gaps and drive change within
teams and across functions.
· Design engineer background
(Both HW and SW)
· PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
· Healthcare experience
· Problem solver. Ability to develop and articulate problem
statements and work closely with teams to effectively evaluate information and
make data driven decisions and action plans.
