【崗位職責(zé)】 1、Arrange appointments for customers. 為客戶做預(yù)約 2、Responsible for the requirements and non-medical requests of patients負(fù)責(zé)住院和門診患者的非醫(yī)療請(qǐng)求 3、Cooperated with other departments to make sure the service is going smoothly. 與其他部門合作,確保服務(wù)順利進(jìn)行 4、Respond, follow-up and resolve complex issues with customers接收跟進(jìn)解決復(fù)雜的客戶要求 5、Collect customer’s feedbacks. 收集客戶反饋信息 6、Follow processes, policies and procedures; execute action plans for process improvement in order to ensure high and consistent standard of service across Customer Service.遵循醫(yī)院規(guī)章制度,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行流程從而確保提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、一致性的的客戶服務(wù) 7、Other Work Matters Arranged by Departments部門安排的其他工作事項(xiàng)。 【崗位要求】 1、College diploma or above 大學(xué)??苹蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷 2、PET – 3 is preferred. 通過(guò)國(guó)家級(jí)英語(yǔ)水平考試3級(jí)者優(yōu)先 3、Good communication skills both in Chinese and English良好的中英文溝通技巧 4、Good customer service skills 良好的客服技巧 5、Computer Skills 電腦使用技能
