Work over employee development plan and training framework, processes. 將業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)化為學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展目標(biāo),為各級人才制定發(fā)展計(jì)劃。制定員工發(fā)展計(jì)劃和培訓(xùn)框架、流程。 2. Responsible for competence management for office staff, with evaluation tools to define measures for competence development in SES. 負(fù)責(zé)辦公室工作人員的能力管理,利用評估工具確定公司能力發(fā)展的措施。 3. Support for qualification management in workshop area. 支持車間的資質(zhì)管理。 4. Responsible for employee development tools and paths definition and promotion. 負(fù)責(zé)員工發(fā)展工具和路徑的定義和推廣。 5. Review training requirement, design training and development plan with training needs’ analysis result. 審查培訓(xùn)需求,根據(jù)培訓(xùn)需求分析結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展計(jì)劃。 6. Build up and develop SES learning center via resource integration and synergy to continuously improvement. 通過資源整合和協(xié)同,建立和發(fā)展 SES 學(xué)習(xí)中心,不斷改進(jìn)。 7. Release annual training plan and responsible for training result. 發(fā)布年度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃并對培訓(xùn)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。 8. Training cost control and budget optimization. 培訓(xùn)成本控制和預(yù)算優(yōu)化。 9. Expand training channel and resource, introduce, and promote new training methods/models. 拓展培訓(xùn)渠道和資源,引進(jìn)和推廣新的培訓(xùn)方法/模式。 10. Development of internal trainer tool to deliver customized internal trainings. 開發(fā)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師工具,提供定制的內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)。 Work related requirements 工作相關(guān)資格要求 1. 本科學(xué)歷 2. 商業(yè)或人力資源專業(yè) 3. 5年培訓(xùn)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 4. 在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、能力和員工發(fā)展方面的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5. 擔(dān)任外部顧問更佳 6. 熟悉不同的績效管理工具,如:KPI/OKR,有OKR的推行經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳 7. 良好的溝通能力 8. 英語技能
