Job Description:

This position is responsible for the technical supervision and management of
the golf course project, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-standard
completion. The Technical Supervisor Engineer plays a critical role throughout
the construction process, including design review, construction management, and
post-delivery evaluation.
主要職責 ：
Key Responsibilities:
  1. 項目規(guī)劃及管理
    | Project Planning and Management:
    • 參與項目的前期規(guī)劃，與團隊定義項目的技術需求和施工方案。
      Participate in the initial planning and define technical requirements and construction plans with the team.
    • 編制詳細的項目計劃，涵蓋項目里程碑、時間表、預算和資源分配。
      Develop detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. 設計和技術支持
    | Design and Technical Support:
    • 審核和優(yōu)化項目的施工設計圖，確保符合高爾夫球場建設標準。
      Review and optimize construction design drawings to meet golf course
      standards.
    • 在施工過程中的技術咨詢和設計調整提供支持。
      Provide technical consultation and design adjustments during
      construction.
  3. 施工管理
    | Construction Management:
    • 監(jiān)督施工活動，確保符合設計規(guī)格和質量標準。
      Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design
      specifications and quality standards.
    • 進行現(xiàn)場巡視和檢測，負責技術指導及問題解決。
      Conduct regular site inspections and monitoring, providing technical
      guidance and problem-solving.
  4. 溝通和協(xié)調
    | Communication and Coordination:
    • 與項目相關各方（包括客戶、設計團隊、施工人員及供應商）溝通和協(xié)調。
      Communicate and coordinate with all project parties, including clients,
      design teams, construction staff, and suppliers.
    • 以中英文進行項目進度匯報，確保透明和有效的溝通。
      Report project progress in both Chinese and English to ensure clear and effective communication.
任職要求 :
Requirements:
  1. 教育背景
    | Education:
    • 土木工程、建筑工程或相關領域的本科及以上學歷。
      Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction
      Engineering, or related field.
  2. 工作經驗
    | Work Experience:
    • 至少5年高爾夫球場或類似項目施工經驗。
      Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction of golf courses or
      similar projects.
    • 豐富的現(xiàn)場管理和技術支持經驗。
      Extensive experience in site management and technical support.
  3. 技能
    | Skills:
    • 精通AutoCAD、Revit等設計軟件，及Project、Primavera等項目管理工具。Proficient
      in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and project management
      tools like Project and Primavera.
    • 優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力，具備卓越的書面和口頭表達能力。
      Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
    • 深入了解高爾夫球場設計和施工的行業(yè)標準和法規(guī)。
      In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations for golf
      course design and construction.
