Key Responsibilities 工作職責 1. Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Management 供應商開發(fā)與采購管理
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms aligned with customer expectations.
  • 識別并評估新供應商；根據(jù)客戶需求談判價格及合同條款
  • Act as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, and our headquarters in Germany.
  • 與德國總部、客戶及供應商保持緊密溝通
  • Manage supplier selection, request for quotations (RFQs), quotation analysis, and supplier recommendations.
  • 負責供應商篩選、詢價、報價分析及供應商推薦
2. New Product Development & Project Execution 新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與項目執(zhí)行
  • Oversee new product development from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • 跟進新產(chǎn)品從立項到量產(chǎn)的全過程，確保項目按期完成
  • Manage sample requests, production scheduling, and day-to-day project tasks.
  • 管理樣品申請、生產(chǎn)計劃及日常項目執(zhí)行
  • Coordinate approvals for artwork, quotations, packaging, pre-production, and golden samples.
  • 協(xié)調圖稿確認、報價樣、包裝樣、試產(chǎn)樣及金樣等階段性審批流程
3. Production Monitoring & Quality Assurance 生產(chǎn)跟進與質量協(xié)調
  • Track production progress, working closely with factories to minimize delays and risks.
  • 密切跟蹤工廠生產(chǎn)進度，降低延期和質量風險
  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to address quality issues during production or inspections.
  • 與 QA/QC 團隊配合，及時處理生產(chǎn)或質檢中的問題
4. Communication, Leadership & Information Management 溝通協(xié)作、團隊領導與信息管理
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and to standard.
  • 帶領跨部門團隊完成目標，激發(fā)團隊積極性與責任感
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity of internal and external communications.
  • 確保內(nèi)外部信息傳遞準確、清晰
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

Your Profile 任職要求
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing or project management in consumer electronics (e.g., cases, holders, cables, power banks, Bluetooth speakers, or smartphone accessories)
  • 至少3年消費電子行業(yè)（如保護殼、支架、線材、移動電源、藍牙音箱或手機配件等）采購或項目管理經(jīng)驗
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to drive accountability and high performance
  • 有成熟的領導能力與團隊管理經(jīng)驗，能有效推動項目和團隊績效
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a fast and logical mindset
  • 思維敏捷，具備邏輯性強的分析和解決問題能力
  • In-depth knowledge of the smartphone accessories market and electronic product sourcing
