崗位職責(zé): 1.海外產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)分析;analyze the international product markets; 2.海外市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略制定;develop and execute the competition strategy. 3.海外目標(biāo)區(qū)域的展會(huì)組織和布置;organize and layout the international exibition in the assigned region. 4.企業(yè)宣傳,客戶(hù)邀約和產(chǎn)品介紹;do promotion, customer invitation and production introduction to develop the customers. 5.公共關(guān)系和客戶(hù)關(guān)系拓展;develop the public & customer relationship. 6.客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)化,跟進(jìn)與大客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理;develop the customers and drive the key account relationship management. 7.客戶(hù)價(jià)值發(fā)掘,例如返回料,寄售等 develop customer values, such as reverts and consignment etc for key customers. 任職資格: 1.5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中3年以上市場(chǎng)或者銷(xiāo)售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);over 5 years working experience, in which at least 3 years marketing or sales experiene 2.大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷; 3.航空航天,燃機(jī),能源,化工,交通等高端裝備制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;experience in aerospace, gas turbine, energy, oil & gas, chemical, transportation is preferred. 4.出色的溝通能力和人際關(guān)系管理能力;proficient communication and interpersonal management ability. 5.出色的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;goood data analysis skills. 6.了解國(guó)際市場(chǎng)和具備的出色的市場(chǎng)洞察力;skilled in interational business and market insight. 7.良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)能力和問(wèn)題解決能力;good teamwork and fast problem0solving skills. 8.英語(yǔ)流利,跨文化溝通能力;flent Enligh and cross culture communication. 9.了解高溫合金或者其他鋼鐵,有色金屬冶煉和加工等相關(guān)行業(yè)知識(shí);knowledge in superalloy or high end steel materials, metal melting and fabrication etc is preferred. 10.掌握國(guó)際商務(wù)和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)知識(shí);master international business and marketing.
