Responsibilities:
● Identify the environmental aspects and safety hazards in own department
● HSE information receiving and handling
● Prepare and update necessary HSE documents, manage all the HSE documents existing in own department
● Take corrective and preventive actions for nonconformance
● Support the FF production Department routine work
● Patrol the FF production Department to make sure the production is running smoothly
● Arrange daily production activity and report urgent events which it will affect plan implementation to planner in time
● Analysis the OEE trend, month report, performance report, operative hours on time
● Implement 5S plan and supervise or improve it on time
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
● Support to collect and analyze on-site data and promote the digital transformation of the factory
Requirements:
● University degree or above
● Texitile, paper industry, polymer materials,data analysis experience is a plus
● Basic office software excel, PPT § Data analysis skill
● Fluent English wirting and speaking skill
● Time manage skill and determine priorities
● Ability to troubleshoot and provide corrective action
