.負責線束產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)全過程的質量控制，包括來料檢驗、過程巡檢及出貨檢驗；
Responsible for the overall quality control of wire harness production, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and outgoing inspection;
2.制定并更新檢驗標準、作業(yè)指導書及相關質量文件，確保現(xiàn)場與文件保持一致；
Develop and update inspection standards, work instructions, and related quality documents to ensure consistency between site operations and documentation;
3.處理客戶投訴及內(nèi)部質量問題，組織8D報告分析及整改措施落實；
Handle customer complaints and internal quality issues, organize 8D report analysis, and implement corrective actions;
4.參與新項目開發(fā)階段的質量策劃，協(xié)助APQP、PPAP文件準備；
Participate in quality planning during new project development, assist in preparing APQP and PPAP documents;
5.定期對生產(chǎn)過程進行質量審核，推動持續(xù)改進；
Conduct regular quality audits on production processes and drive continuous improvement;
6.獨立對接體系審核（ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001），確保質量體系有效運行；
Independently coordinate system audits (ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001) to ensure effective operation of the quality management system;
7.完成月度質量KPI數(shù)據(jù)匯總、分析、張貼；
Complete monthly quality KPI data collection, analysis, and posting;
8. 領導交代的其他工作。
