Responsible for receive customer requests, support to transfer to aeC and Floss -Describe engineering change notification to aeC team -Create clear presentation to customer related team -Negotiate proposals with local customer 負(fù)責(zé)接收客戶(hù)需求，幫助客戶(hù)傳遞需求給aeC團(tuán)隊(duì)和Floss -向aeC團(tuán)隊(duì)介紹工程變更通知內(nèi)容 -為客戶(hù)相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)建清晰的展示文件 -與本地客戶(hù)協(xié)商變更方案 3. Support each project phase at customer side and feedback information to aeC and Floss 在客戶(hù)端支持其每個(gè)項(xiàng)目階段并將信息反饋給aeC團(tuán)隊(duì)和Floss 4. Work proposals with aeC team for cost reduction and optimization of serial products 與aeC團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通方案以節(jié)省成本和優(yōu)化量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品 5. Responsible for design study/reports, and process optimization 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)方案的調(diào)查與匯報(bào)，并進(jìn)行過(guò)程的優(yōu)化 6. Manage and work with core tools for design (NX, PMDB, LDorado, SAP, Swan and Daimler engineering system) 管理和使用設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的核心工具（NX, PMDB, LDorado, SAP, Swan and Daimler engineering system） 7. Reporting for aeC management team 向aeC管理團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行匯報(bào) Job Qualifications:任職資格 1. Have the knowhow about the product development procedure according to APQP 了解APQP的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程 2. Mechanical design is preferred, bachelor degree or above 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)最好，本科或以上學(xué)位 3. Major in engineering or mechanical design 工程或者機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè) 4. At least 3 years work experience in design/development 至少3年設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5. Able to communicate in English effectively in written and oral form 能夠用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行有效的書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)交流 6. Excellent Microsoft office skills, familiar with design software NX Catia, ProE etc 出色的Microsoft辦公軟件技能，熟悉NX,Catia,ProE等設(shè)計(jì)軟件 7. Could take business travel activities 能夠接收出差 8. Working experience on Daimler project will be a big plus 戴姆勒項(xiàng)目相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)是加分項(xiàng)
