Responsibility:
1、Complete the mechanical design and technical documentation (Drawing, BOM, and IOM) of the products.
2、Provide technical support for sales, including proposal and quotation
3、Optimize the product design according to the customer requirement and market/service feedback.
4、Support R&D team for standardization and optimization of products.
5、Contributes to technical review and issue resolution.
6、Technical support of purchasing, quality and production team.
7、Support service team for the customer on-site service.
8、Work cross-functionally in supporting Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) programs for cost reduction.
Requirement:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major.
2、At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design for equipment manufacture industry.
3、At least 3 years of experience in cross culture R&D cooperation in multinational company.
4、Have the design experience for vibration system, such as screen, feeder.
5、Good written and spoken English，CET-6 preferred.
6、Deep understanding and demonstrated capability to use mechanical engineering know-hows to solve product design and manufacturing & quality related problems.
7、Good knowledge of material property and manufacturing process especially machining and welding.
8、Excellent in using 3D software, such as CATIA, Inventor, Pro E etc. to complete mechanical design.
9、Proficient in 2D design using AutoCAD.
10、Good skill on PC and Office software.
11、Experience on FEA, PDM or Standardization related work is plus.
12、Active, positive, self-motivated, team player.
