可靠性測試硬件測試自動化測試功能測試C#labview電氣機械/電力設(shè)備儀器儀表制造工業(yè)自動化

一、專業(yè)背景：
本科及以上學(xué)歷，自動化、電氣工程、機械電子、儀器儀表、測控技術(shù)與儀器等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
二、技術(shù)能力:
1、測試系統(tǒng)開發(fā)：熟悉LabVIEW、C/C++、Python等工具，能開發(fā)自動化測試程序。
2、工業(yè)協(xié)議：掌握Modbus、CAN、Profibus、EtherCAT等常用工業(yè)總線協(xié)議。
3、儀器操作：熟練使用示波器、萬用表、PLC、數(shù)據(jù)采集卡（如NI DAQ）等硬件設(shè)備。
4、控制邏輯：了解PLC編程（西門子/三菱/羅克韋爾）及HMI組態(tài)軟件（如WinCC、組態(tài)王）。
三、行業(yè)經(jīng)驗:
1、3年以上工業(yè)自動化測試或控制系統(tǒng)測試經(jīng)驗，有產(chǎn)線測試設(shè)備（ATE）開發(fā)或設(shè)備故障診斷系統(tǒng)項目經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
2、熟悉傳感器校準(zhǔn)、信號調(diào)理、運動控制（如伺服系統(tǒng)）等應(yīng)用場景。
四、技能與職責(zé)：
1、設(shè)計測試方案（FAT/SAT）、編寫測試用例，執(zhí)行功能/性能/可靠性測試（如EMC、振動、溫濕度）?？焖僭\斷測試系統(tǒng)故障（硬件/軟件），優(yōu)化測試流程提升效率。
2、與研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量部門緊密協(xié)作，推動測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落地。能閱讀英文技術(shù)文檔，部分外企要求基礎(chǔ)英語溝通能力。
五、優(yōu)先考慮項（蘇州地區(qū)特色）：
1、有汽車電子、新能源、半導(dǎo)體、醫(yī)療行業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
2、熟悉機器視覺檢測或工業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng) 平臺。
