Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the school's marketing strategy to improve the school's visibility and influence;
2. Organize and plan school enrollment activities to attract potential parents and students, support related enrollment activities of each department (Open Day, explanation meeting, lecture, etc.), and participate in the entire enrollment process;
3. Invited students' parents to the campus for an interview, introduced the school to students and parents, completed the transformation of students' registration, patiently answered the consultation of students and parents in detail;
4. Organize marketing activities and take the initiative to obtain resources from parents and students;
5. Complete the school's enrollment work and enrollment targets, and be responsible for the enrollment results;
6. Set up a admissions team, select and cultivate high-quality talents;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by school leaders.
Job requirements:
1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of enrollment experience in international schools;
2, English can be used as working language, overseas study background is preferred;
3, Familiar with the event planning and implementation process, online/offline event planning experience is preferred;
4, Familiar with market requirements, can be well docking resources for cooperation transformation; Innovative thinking, good marketing skills; 4, With strong interpersonal communication skills, planning and execution skills and teamwork skills;
5,Have a good sense of service, good at communication, strong affinity, and full of interest and enthusiasm for school enrollment;
