·根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃和目標(biāo),指導(dǎo)和支持下屬收集所需信息,對目標(biāo)聯(lián)盟和代理商進(jìn)行背景和實(shí)力評估,以確定合作的可行性。
·指導(dǎo)和支持下屬準(zhǔn)備聯(lián)盟和代理商的月度業(yè)績報(bào)告,以確認(rèn)結(jié)果符合目標(biāo)或代理商或SYNTRANS要求的改進(jìn)。
指導(dǎo)和支持下屬準(zhǔn)備代理檔案模板,并在共享驅(qū)動(dòng)器中存檔正確和更新的信息,以供內(nèi)部利益相關(guān)者參考和使用。
?指導(dǎo)和支持下屬與包括分公司在內(nèi)的內(nèi)部利益相關(guān)者的合作,準(zhǔn)備SYNTRANS服務(wù)推廣材料,與聯(lián)盟和代理商進(jìn)行品牌推廣。
指導(dǎo)下屬、業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)同事及分公司如何正確有效地與代理商溝通,無論是業(yè)務(wù)查詢、運(yùn)價(jià)談判還是糾紛處理。
指導(dǎo)和支持下屬處理來自代理的一般性詢問或爭議,如果下級(jí)無法處理,試圖介入,如果需要作出關(guān)鍵決定來解決問題,則上報(bào)給部門。

1.教育背景:
o本科及以上學(xué)歷,物流專業(yè)優(yōu)先,其次是市場營銷、國際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
o1-3年海外市場拓展、代理商管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
o有跨國公司或國際貨代行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從事過海外代理聯(lián)絡(luò)或市場拓展者優(yōu)先。
o有成功拓展海外代理商網(wǎng)絡(luò)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3.技能要求:
o具備良好的市場分析能力,能夠通過數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)市場機(jī)會(huì)。
o優(yōu)秀的溝通與談判能力,能夠與不同文化背景的合作伙伴有效溝通。
o英語流利,具備出色的英語郵件書寫能力,能夠獨(dú)立撰寫專業(yè)的商務(wù)郵件。
o英語口語流利,能夠參與國際電話會(huì)議或面對面會(huì)議,清晰表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判。

? After evaluating the service requirements of existing and target agency networks, as well as each business team, branch, and marketing department, support department heads in preparing their annual business plans by providing relevant recommendations.
·Based on the company's business plans and objectives, guide and support team members in gathering necessary information, and evaluate the background and capabilities of target alliances and agents to determine the feasibility of collaboration.
· Guide and support subordinates in preparing monthly performance reports for alliances and agents to verify whether results meet targets or demonstrate improvements required by agents or SYNTRANS.
Guide and support subordinates in preparing proxy templates and archiving accurate and updated information in shared drives for internal stakeholders to reference and use.
? Guide and support subordinates in collaborating with internal stakeholders, including branch companies, prepare SYNTRANS service promotion materials, and conduct brand promotion with alliances and agents.
Guide subordinates, business team members, and branch offices on how to communicate effectively with agents, whether for business inquiries, freight rate negotiations, or dispute resolution.
Guide and support subordinates in handling routine inquiries or disputes from agents. If subordinates are unable to resolve issues, attempt to intervene. If critical decisions are required to resolve the problem, report to the department.
·Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agents to arrange regular performance reviews and discussion meetings.
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for logistics majors, followed by marketing, international trade, business management, and related fields.
2. Work experience:
1-3 years of experience in overseas market expansion, agent management, or related fields.
Experience in multinational corporations or the international freight forwarding industry is preferred, particularly for those with overseas agency liaison or market expansion experience.
o Candidates with proven experience in expanding overseas agent networks will be given priority.
3. Skill requirements:
o Possesses strong market analysis skills, able to identify market opportunities through data.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Proficient in English with strong email-writing skills, capable of independently drafting professional business correspondence.
Proficient in spoken English, capable of participating in international teleconferences or face-to-face meetings, clearly articulating ideas and conducting business negotiations.
