Responsibility:
Support Sund Birsta group in the execution of global procurement strategies; business travel is a required part of this role.
Operating in an international context, this position entails navigating challenges
spanning trade barriers, technical specifications, languages, and cultural differences. Given that the company’s products are primarily applied in mill
process workflows, a sound technical understanding is essential. Key tasks
include budget management, cost control, operational procurement, strategic
procurement, and reporting, with a primary focus on supporting procurement
operations.
Enhance the procurement and technical capabilities of SBME to meet the business development needs of Sund Birsta group.
Technical Interface & Process Optimization
Be responsible for drawing interpretation and localized conversion; lead material
selection and conversion to ensure that purchased non-standard machined parts
comply with the company’s relevant requirements; evaluate and optimize process workflows, and formulate process improvement plans based on product application scenarios.
Technical Documentation Compilation
Develop accurate and standardized technical specifications, which serve as the core reference documents for procurement inquiries and ensure that technical
requirements are clear and actionable.
Procurement Cost Control
Take the converted standard drawings as the benchmark for procurement inquiries; organize technical disclosure sessions with suppliers to ensure their accurate understanding of technical requirements; review the rationality of supplier quotations, assess cost components, and achieve effective procurement cost control.
Supply Chain Quality Control
Track the entire production process of suppliers and implement quality control
requirements covering dimensions such as appearance (color and marking),
welding processes (in compliance with company standards), and dimensional
accuracy (define core critical dimensions); verify material compliance and version standard consistency, and promptly resolve quality issues encountered
by suppliers during production and processing.
Supplier Management & Market Research
Conduct research on material market price trends and establish a price information database; evaluate suppliers’ technical capabilities, production
qualifications, and delivery stability to build a high-quality supply chain resource pool.
Engineering Design
Collaborate with the technical department in engineering design and drawing
development.
Communication and Collaboration
Engage in communication with domestic and international technical departments or product departments to understand, absorb, and gather architectural requirements, and supplier evaluation.
Reporting Line: The Technical Procurement reports to the Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
In order for you to have the conditions to be successful in the assignment, you should have:
? Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or other related science and engineering disciplines is preferred.
? At least 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement or process design within the machinery manufacturing industry.
? Proficient in manufacturing processes including machining, welding and heat treatment; well-versed in the characteristics and selection criteria of European and national standard materials; and a solid grasp of relevant quality control standards such as ISO and GB.
? Skilled in operating AutoCAD, SolidWorks and PDM systems, with the ability to independently complete drawing interpretation, conversion and verification.
? Strong capabilities in cost analysis and quotation evaluation, with the precision to judge the rationality of supplier quotations.
? Excellent skills in communication, coordination and technical disclosure, capable of efficiently liaising with suppliers to resolve technical and quality issues arising during production and processing.
? A proactive and highly responsible mindset, coupled with outstanding independent working capabilities, self-discipline and pressure resilience, as well as a strong spirit of teamwork.
? Good written and verbal proficiency in both Chinese and English, competent for compiling Chinese English bilingual technical documents and conducting cross-lingual communication.

技術(shù)文件編制：編制精準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)，作為采購(gòu)詢(xún)價(jià)的核心依據(jù)文件，確保技術(shù)要求清晰可落地。
采購(gòu)成本管控：以轉(zhuǎn)化后的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖紙為詢(xún)價(jià)基準(zhǔn)，組織供應(yīng)商技術(shù)交底，保障供方準(zhǔn)確理解技術(shù)要求；審核供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)的合理性，評(píng)估成本構(gòu)成，實(shí)現(xiàn)采購(gòu)成本有效控制。
供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管控：跟蹤供應(yīng)商投產(chǎn)全流程，落實(shí)質(zhì)量管控要求：覆蓋外觀（顏色、打標(biāo)）、焊接工藝（符合公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）、尺寸精度（明確核心關(guān)鍵尺寸）等維度；核查材料合規(guī)性及版本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致性，及時(shí)解決供應(yīng)商在生產(chǎn)加工中的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
供應(yīng)商管理與市場(chǎng)調(diào)研：調(diào)研材料市場(chǎng)價(jià)格趨勢(shì)，建立價(jià)格信息庫(kù)；評(píng)估供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)能力、生產(chǎn)資質(zhì)及交付穩(wěn)定性，構(gòu)建優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)鏈資源池。
工程設(shè)計(jì)：協(xié)同技術(shù)部門(mén)進(jìn)行工程設(shè)計(jì)及圖紙繪制。
溝通協(xié)作：與國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外技術(shù)部或產(chǎn)品部門(mén)溝通，理解、消化、收集架構(gòu)要求，評(píng)估供應(yīng)商。
技術(shù)采購(gòu)工程師向采購(gòu)部經(jīng)理匯報(bào)工作。

任職要求：
為了使您在任務(wù)中獲得成功，您應(yīng)該具備以下條件：
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造與自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化等理工科專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；
? 3年以上機(jī)械制造行業(yè)采購(gòu)或工藝設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
? 精通機(jī)加工、焊接、熱處理等工藝，熟悉歐標(biāo)、國(guó)標(biāo)材料的特性及選型規(guī)范，掌握ISO、GB等相關(guān)質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
? 熟練使用AutoCAD/SolidWorks/PDM，具備獨(dú)立完成圖紙識(shí)別、轉(zhuǎn)化、審核的能力；
? 具備較強(qiáng)的成本分析與報(bào)價(jià)評(píng)估能力，能精準(zhǔn)判斷供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)的合理性；
? 擁有優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)與技術(shù)交底能力，可高效對(duì)接供應(yīng)商解決生產(chǎn)加工中的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量問(wèn)題；
? 工作積極主動(dòng)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具備出色的獨(dú)立工作能力、自我約束力及抗壓能力，富有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
? 具備良好的中英文讀寫(xiě)能力，能勝任中英雙語(yǔ)技術(shù)文件編制及跨語(yǔ)言溝通工作。
