& Application Specialist

Duties:

?
Responsible
for technical support and application development for TOC and other analyzers.
?
Develop
marketing materials such as brochures, application notes, website content, and
promotional plans; provide both online and offline promotional content.
?
Develop and
execute product marketing plans based on product features and application
areas, including organizing and participating in technical seminars,
exhibitions, and other promotional events.
?
Monitor market
demand and emerging trends; analyze competitive advantages and technical
features of products to deliver differentiated solutions.
?
Provide
customer technical support, including product training, lab demonstration,
method optimization, application development, etc.
?
Train and
support the sales team on product solutions and assist with related sales
activities.
?
Develop
application solutions tailored to the China market and provide strategic
recommendations to drive product growth in China.


Requirements:

• Master degree or above in environment,
  chemistry, food, pharmaceutical,
  analysis or relevant major
• 2 - 3 years of work experience in
  an analytical laboratory, experiences with TOC analysis or related
  experiences are preferred
• Used to work with state of the
  art analytical instrumentation
• Proficiency in English and
  Putonghua
• Strong
  responsibility for work, good team work spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel domestically
  and internationally

• 制定并完善市場推廣資料，如產(chǎn)品手冊、應(yīng)用方案、網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容及推廣方案，提供線上及線下推廣內(nèi)容。
• 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域制定并執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品市場推廣計劃，包括組織和參與技術(shù)交流會、展會及其他推廣活動。
• 關(guān)注市場需求及行業(yè)熱點(diǎn)，分析產(chǎn)品的競爭優(yōu)勢和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)，提供差異化解決方案。
• 為客戶提供技術(shù)支持，包括產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)、實(shí)驗室演示、方法優(yōu)化、應(yīng)用開發(fā)等。
• 對銷售團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品解決方案培訓(xùn)，并支持相關(guān)銷售活動。
• 開發(fā)符合中國市場需求的應(yīng)用解決方案，并提出促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品在中國市場增長的戰(zhàn)略建議。

職位要求:

• 環(huán)境，化學(xué)，食品，制藥，分析或相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士或以上學(xué)歷
• 2 - 3 年以上分析實(shí)驗室的工作經(jīng)驗，有TOC分析或相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
• 有從事技術(shù)先進(jìn)儀器工作的經(jīng)驗
• 英語和普通話流利
• 高度工作責(zé)任心，良好團(tuán)隊合作精神
• 良好的溝通技巧
• 可接受不定期出差，包括國內(nèi)或國外
