Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for identifying and pro-actively managing risks out of the product at all stages of development and production.

3. Responsible for design and implementing induction and training on fabric with key internal and external stakeholders.
4. Responsible for resolving issues related to fabric quality on time so there is minimum impact to the critical path.
5. To train and follow-up to ensure adherence to the organization’s chemical policy and safety standards.
6. To own the induction, coaching and development to create a high performing team with clear measures, development plans and support mechanisms to establish succession plans and talent pipelines.
7. To lead the Target values and culture within the team and across the organization.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of raw materials, fabric manufacturing and wet processing is essential.
Ability to simplify technical language and communicate simply and with clarity
Strong verbal and written English and local language.
Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications
Experience:
8+ years working experience in fabric or related industry
Solid experience in fabric sourcing and merchandising
Experience in leading change, improvements and innovation within field
