Responsible for the sales business of the company's overseas markets (Southeast Asia/West Africa region), responsible for expanding new customers, maintaining existing customers, signing and fulfilling sales contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Job requirements:
1. Fresh graduates or graduates with a bachelor's degree or above from the national college entrance examination within two years, with priority given to majors related to English or minority languages;
2. 0-2 years of TO B related sales experience, preferably with a background in the health/medical industry;
3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with overseas study/work/life experience preferred.

工作內(nèi)容:
負(fù)責(zé)公司海外市場(東南亞/西非區(qū)域)的銷售業(yè)務(wù),負(fù)責(zé)拓展新客戶,維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶,進(jìn)行銷售合同的簽約和履行,完成銷售目標(biāo)。
崗位職責(zé):
1. 協(xié)助拓展海外市場,參與客戶開發(fā)與維護(hù)工作;
2. 學(xué)習(xí)并掌握公司產(chǎn)品知識及銷售流程,逐步承擔(dān)獨(dú)立銷售任務(wù);
3. 參與市場調(diào)研與分析,為銷售策略提供數(shù)據(jù)支持;
4. 跟進(jìn)訂單執(zhí)行過程,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源確??蛻魸M意度;
5. 按時(shí)完成公司及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的各項(xiàng)任務(wù),能適應(yīng)海外區(qū)域的頻繁出差。
任職要求:
1. 應(yīng)屆或畢業(yè)兩年內(nèi)統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,英語或小語種相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. 有0-2年TO B相關(guān)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),健康/醫(yī)療相關(guān)行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先;
3. 英語聽說讀寫流利,海外學(xué)習(xí)/工作/生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4. 具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)能力,富有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
5. 誠信正直、認(rèn)同集團(tuán)的文化與價(jià)值觀、能夠承受一定的工作壓力;
6. 心態(tài)開放,愿意從基層崗位做起,具有良好的綜合素質(zhì)和培養(yǎng)潛力。
