What a typical day looks like 工作職責(zé):
  • Supervise and Lead Test projects 管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目測(cè)試
  • Collaborate with Customer 與客戶合作
  • Training TE Technicians on design circuitry and failure analysis skill 培訓(xùn)測(cè)試技術(shù)員電路分析和失效分析技能
  • Setup Test equipment & stations 設(shè)立測(cè)試設(shè)備和工位
  • Review DFM requirements 檢查生產(chǎn)所需設(shè)計(jì)的要求
  • Set up ATE test program 建立ATE測(cè)試項(xiàng)目
  • Prepare & Review Cpk, GR&R, GoNoGo, SOP Report 準(zhǔn)備與檢查Cpk, GR&R, GoNoGo, SOP報(bào)告
  • Test Automation review & approve DFM, FAT & SAT, IQC & OQC related documents 測(cè)試自動(dòng)化檢查與審批DFM, FAT & SAT, IQC 與OQC相關(guān)文件
  • Collaborate with respective supplier on test design concept 與相關(guān)供應(yīng)商合作構(gòu)建測(cè)試設(shè)計(jì)概念
  • Support EE on providing the 1st level FA for failure units. 支持設(shè)備部提供第一層失效分析
  • Support EE on DOEs & FA actions required 支持設(shè)備部DOE與FA行動(dòng)所需
  • Troubleshoot system applications on customer's request 根據(jù)客戶尋找系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用故障
  • Resolve engineering issues regarding systems application 解決系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用相關(guān)德工程問題
  • Conduct regular follow up on customer's system level activities 跟進(jìn)執(zhí)行客戶系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用相關(guān)事項(xiàng)
The experience we’re looking to add to our team 職位要求:
  • Associate's degree or above大專以上學(xué)歷
  • 5+ years‘ power or PCBA experience in test maintenance/product testing/failure analysis 5年以上電源或電子組裝行業(yè)測(cè)試維護(hù)，產(chǎn)品測(cè)試，失效分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)
  • Capability of handling foreign customers 有與外國(guó)客戶處理問題的能力
  • Can read and write in English 具備英文讀寫能力
