崗位職責
1、市場調(diào)研：協(xié)助收集市場信息，深入了解行業(yè)、商戶、用戶需求和反饋，并撰寫分析報告，為團隊決策提供支持；
2、項目運營：協(xié)助商分團隊推進項目落地與跨文化溝通，提升團隊信息傳遞效率；
3、團隊支持：協(xié)助巴西商分團隊完成事務(wù)性工作，需要不定期配合巴西工作時間交付。
1. Market Research: Conduct market research by gathering industry insights, merchant/user feedback, and competitive intelligence. Deliver analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making.
2. Project Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional business analysis teams to drive project execution and cross-cultural communication. Optimize information flow and operational efficiency within global teams.
3. Team Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Brazil business analysis team. Demonstrate flexibility to work during Brazilian business hours as needed.
崗位基本需求
1、Base地可選圣保羅、北京、香港，一周可實習5天，至少3個月；
2、葡萄牙語口語和書面語可作為工作語言，具備較強的跨團隊/跨文化背景的溝通能力；
3、具備優(yōu)秀的商業(yè)敏感度與邏輯思維能力，有數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
4、自驅(qū)力和責任心強。
1. Location & Availability:
Based in S?o Paulo, Beijing, or Hong Kong.
5 days/week availability with a minimum 3-month commitment.
2. Language & Communication:
Proficiency in Portuguese (both verbal and written) as a working language.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills across global teams.
3. Core Competencies:
Sharp business acumen and structured problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in data analysis is a plus.
Strong self-motivation and sense of ownership.
