More specifically, you will
● Provide administrative support for: internal and external communication; event
organization; legal support; office supply; relations with subcontractors; courier
deliveries; translations etc.
● Provide administrative support to management and co-workers - act as first point of
contact for related questions
● Perform receptionist duties
● Continuous administrative process & policy optimization in order to ensure its
effectiveness
● Coordinate with Travel agency on travel/VISA arrangements for in&out travellers
● Coordinate of facilities work according to local work and safety standards and
regulations
● Support Site Manager and Local Management Committee (LMC) in organizing local
official events & local site budgeting
● Support Finance on generating and following up of purchase orders, payment plan,
expense and petty cash etc
● Support HR on employee onboarding and exit process
Your profile
● Bachelor degree in business administration or related
● 2-4y+ experience in office administration
● Fluency in English and local language
● Proficient in using MS Office
● Excellent organization and communication skills
● Strong customer orientation
● Experience in an international company is preferred
● IT knowledge is a value added
